we found error in report. please see below images :
1. same records appears in different shift
2. when click on shift report of 05-07-2013 , we can see login & logout time are not matching…
*this error happen when server and pos located in different pc.time format might be different on server and pc.
steps to follow:
it’s obviously that the time format in cashier 1 used to be set (mm/dd/yyyy) as different format as server (dd/mm/yyyy). then the time format in cashier 1 has been set to the correct format some time ago. that’s why you can see strange problems happened such as shift report (two operators login in the same shift) and daily report. this problem is also found in other parking side.
please verify the databases below and you will find many future data inside (for example may 10th saved as oct. 5th)and some of the data has been mixed with existing data (for example may 7th save as july 5th). please check the database below and try to correct the time format. it’s a huge and complicated job but there are no other ways to solve the problem.
1. parkserver_2013 -> overdueshiftreport
2. parkserver_2013 -> payments
3. parkserver_2013 -> delimiterhs
