please download latest spare parts list to purchase spare parts.
1. there are more than one work sheet within each excel file. one work sheet for each device / set. customer are allowed to input only the quantity row. after you select the material that you would like to buy, save the file and email it back to parktron sales rep. they will issue pi accordingly.
2. general rule is for every 4 terminals/pos set, one full set of spare parts. for example: xxx project has 4 entries => that project need to prepare one full set of spare parts for entry terminal.
3. to decide on the quantity of items needed, please refer to lifetime on the remarks column.
