case 1. display message still shows “press button for a ticket” – issued ticket could be a problem ticket and got recycled. press the button again for another ticket requesting.
case 2. display message shows: “please insert ticket” – could be out of tickets, need tickets reload.
case 3. display message shows: “device not function, please call operator” – probably a card dispenser malfunction. remove ticket (chipcoin) from dispensing outlet and make sure chipcoins are not jammed in the dispensing module. press the three [test] buttons (no.10 in figure 4) to test ticket (chipcoin) dispensing function. if the problem not resolved after the above, please call technician for assistant.
no ticket dispensed after button pushed (hourly parking)
