cashier software(pos) - can't connect with server!

running pos in payment section, an error message "can't connect with server!" pop-up when put ticket on card-reader for parking fee calculation as image below:

this is microsoft component soap missing. install the utility software "soaptoolkit30.exe" under folder c:\pos then restart the pos software.
